Orthodontic treatment represents a significant investment in the dental health and overall well-being of a patient. In order to make financial obligations as comfortable and affordable as possible, we offer many flexible payment options. We can arrange for no down payment financing, no interest in-office financing or a discounted fee for those who would like to pay the fee in full at the start of treatment. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Debit cards.
We accept assignment of insurance benefits for your convenience. Our insurance coordinator will call to find out what your benefits are and process the forms. We will do all that we can to help you receive maximum benefits.
In recent years, cafeteria plans, flexible spending accounts, or accounts that take advantage of using pre-tax monies to pay for medical treatment. We will try to work with you to make payment arrangements so that you can take advantage of these programs. We do ask that you know your plan terms and limitations, as some of these plans can be very specific.
We enjoy working with your family dentist and highly recommend continued periodic visits during the course of orthodontic treatment. The American Dental Association recommends periodic exams every 6 months.
